Where care becomes a profession
Wonder Kids Academy is a small kindergarten in Prishtina: small groups, two adults per group, and no screens. We look for people who take work with children seriously and want to grow alongside them.
Teacher for ages 3 to 6
You will hold a preschool group, from the morning the door opens until the last child goes home. You are not alone: every group has two adults, and the day plan is written together.
- Salary
- €550net per month
- Hours
- Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00
- Location
- Prishtina, on site
What you will do
- Hold the 3 to 6 group together with a second teacher.
- Plan the day: activities, guided play, time outdoors.
- Write the daily report for each child in the app, within a few minutes.
- Meet parents at the door and tell them how the day went, in detail rather than in general terms.
- Follow each child's development and speak up in time when something needs attention.
What we ask for
- Fluent English, spoken with the children every day.
- Experience with ages 3 to 6, or education in preschool teaching.
- Patience that does not run out by eleven in the morning.
- Teamwork: a group is not held by one person alone.
- Willingness to document the day, because the report is part of the work and not an extra.
What we offer
- The same salary every month, paid on time.
- Contributions paid by the kindergarten, not by you.
- Two adults per group, so no day is carried alone.
- Closed hours: no weekends and no evenings.
- Tools that make the work lighter: reports, schedule and leave all in one app.
- Training and support that do not end after the first week.
