The first three minutes

Download the app
From the App Store for iPhone or from Google Play for Android. It also works in the browser, at wonderkids.al.
Open the invitation email
Tap "Set password" and choose your password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Allow notifications
That way updates, messages and invoices reach you on their own, as soon as they happen.

Activate your account

The kindergarten sends you an email with a "Set password" button. Open it, choose your password, and you are in. Next time, sign in with your email or with the username shown in that same email.

The email link is valid for 24 hours
The password needs at least 8 characters
If the link expires, ask the kindergarten for a new one

Home: your child's day

The first screen shows everything about today: when your child arrived, the week's attendance, and the day's updates. With two or more children, switch between them with the pills at the top. From here you can also report an absence or say who picks up today.

Daily updates

During the day the teacher records how much your child ate and slept, toilet visits, activities, mood and health. Every update reaches you as a notification and is added to the day's diary. Tap a row for the full details and photos, and for health, a body map as well.

Incidents show exactly where on the body, with a figure

Tip. Allow notifications when the app asks the first time. Without them you only see updates when you open the app yourself.

Chats

Every child has a group with the teachers, the office and the parents. For personal questions, open a private chat with a teacher or the office: search for the name in the search field and write. You can send text, photos and voice messages.

Tip. Keep things that concern only your child (health, payments) in a private chat, not in the group.

Pick any day of the week to see that day's updates, the lesson plan, the menu and the events: trips, celebrations, parent meetings. The next event also appears on Home, with the details and a shortcut to its day.

Invoices

New invoices arrive with a notification and are listed with their status: open, paid, overdue. Inside each invoice you see the items, the amount, the due date and the bank account to pay into, without asking anyone and without paperwork.

Tip. When you pay by bank transfer, use the reference shown on the invoice as the description: the payment is then matched to the invoice without delay.

Your child's profile

This is where the details the kindergarten needs to know live: allergies, the doctor, the people authorised to pick up, and the pick-up code you show at reception. Update them yourself whenever something changes, and the kindergarten sees it straight away.

Contract

Your child's contract is read and signed from your phone, without coming to the kindergarten for a signature. When the kindergarten opens it for signing you get a notification; you read it, sign on the screen, and keep a copy.

I didn't get the invitation email. What do I do?

Check your spam folder. If it isn't there either, write to us or call us and we will send you a new link within the day.

I forgot my password.

Let us know and we will send you a new email with a link to set it again. Your account and your data stay untouched.

Am I notified when there is something new?

Yes. New updates, messages, invoices and events reach you as phone notifications, as soon as they happen. Allow notifications when the app asks the first time.

Who can see private chats?

Only you, the person you are talking to, and the kindergarten office. Other parents never see them.

We are two parents. Can we both sign in?

Yes, each parent has their own account with their own email, and both see the same child.

I have two children at the kindergarten. Do I need two accounts?

No. One account shows both: switch between them with the pills at the top of the screen.

Does it work on every phone?

The app is for iPhone and Android, and the same account also opens the browser version at wonderkids.al.

How do I delete my account?

In Profile, choose "Delete account". What is deleted and what is kept is explained on the Account deletion page, linked below.
