Deletingyour account.
Your account in the Wonder Kids app is deleted when you ask for it, and it is deleted straight away. This page explains what goes, what stays, and why.
If you can sign in
In the app or the web portal, open Profile and choose Delete account. You will be asked to type the word FSHIJ (Albanian for "delete"), so it cannot happen with one careless tap.
If you cannot sign in
Write to info@wonderkids.al from the address you registered with and ask for your account to be deleted. The kindergarten checks that it is you and deletes it within 30 days, usually the same week.
Teacher and office accounts are closed by the kindergarten itself, not by a parent. If you are a member of staff, ask the office.
What is deleted
- Your account and your access to the app.
- Your name, phone number, username and profile photo.
- Your link to your child or children at the kindergarten.
- The messages you wrote, and your private chats with the staff.
- Notifications, pick-up requests, and the phone that received the alerts.
Deletion cannot be undone and has no waiting period: as soon as you confirm, the account is gone and signing in no longer works.
What stays, and why
- Your child at the kindergarten
- Attendance and daily updates are the kindergarten's records about the child, not your personal data. They stay, and they stay without your name on them.
- Invoices already issued
- Invoices stay in the kindergarten's financial records, with your name removed from them. A kindergarten cannot lose its payment history because someone closed an account, and the law requires it to keep it.
If you are the only guardian
Your child stays at the kindergarten with no parent linked, and the kindergarten can no longer reach you in the app. Tell the office before you do it, so someone else can be linked.
